Pacific Drive-in

Nice Hawaiian place right on the water. The lunch sets are delicious and filling, but I personally love the acai bowl. There's usually quite a wait and if you eat outside, beware the hawks looking to dive bomb for some easy food.

Easy going place. Try the shrimp salad.

Pacific DRIVE-IN was an enjoyable experience. Going with a family lead to an enjoyable meal with good views of the Ocean. The music was up a little too loud for our tastes, but the food made up for it. The average price for a meal was about 12 USD and I would highly recommend the ginger lemonade!

All the beverages are too prizy. Yet the food is very good in proportion and taste. Overall the view of this place is what it makes it worth it. Next to the ocean, and during summer you can actually see Mount Fuji. Also you guys ( Pacific drive-in) need bigger containers for trash. Specially because you give everything with disposable containers.

Very friendly staff! The prices are average for the area! The coffee is quite alright considering the rest of Japan and its really cool to see how they embraced an American culture over-there. Great view!

Food is ok, but the enviroment is awesome! Do sit outside with the beach side and enjoy the sea wind!

It's a good place to park and take photos of Japan sea, Enoshima island and Fujisan.

Great location with ocean view to enjoy good Hawaiian plates. If you're eating outside, just eatch out for the kite birds, hunting for your food from above.

Mochiko chicken was crispy and tender, season orange pancakes with cream were fluffy and sweet. Beautiful view of Sagami Bay.

Had the breakfast plate and it boasted about its size but it was underwhelming. Rice was super sticky. It all tasted average. Which is how the service was, too. The staff greeted regulars which was cool but other than that they didn’t seem to notice if you were there or not. You’re pretty much going there for the view and location so don’t really expect more than that.

Good food

The view from the drive-in is nice, very close to the beach... and if you are lucky you can enjoy a relaxing and romantic sunset. I was not this lucky when today, when I visited. I had a Soy Latte, which was just OK. Not bad, but nothing special either.

The place and the view is nice. The food is not that good and for goodness sake, do not go with your food outside or you get immediately attacked by Eagles! No joke

The location earns this place the 3 stars. The food is OK...but ridiculously expensive. Skip the restaurant and just pay for the parking to access the nice views of the sea, Enoshima Island and Mt Fiji.

I have always avoided Pacific Drive-In because I mostly see bread in their social media, and I can't eat gluten. Cafe Yoridokoro (my original goal) was closed on NY, and the line at Bill's after hatsuhinode was already long, so I waited at PD's al fresco seating for 2.5 hours (opening time at 10am during the holiday week), reflecting about the year, and setting goals for 2020. I only waited seeing that the menu was pretty extensive; it was difficult to decide. If I didn't have gluten issues, I would have easily picked Mochiko fried chicken and fried garlic shrimps. I ended up with salmon and ahi lomi-lomi, and ox tail soup. What a perfect way to start the first cold winter day of 2020!

The scenery is incredible. It’s a trendy place and the atmosphere is so chill. Easily access by public transportation.The food is delicious. The ginger soda is really good.

Excellent view with friendly staff. It makes for a great date spot. I recommend the acai bowl for my health nuts. Fyi, no Japanese beer on tap.

Great food. I’m from Hawaii and found the food yummy. One of the few places that offer kalua pork. 3 stars because it’s expensive and very limited seating. But you pay for it because of the great view of the ocean.

Excellent food, service, views

We were excited to get the mochiko chicken with garlic prawn combo set with banana caramel milkshake after reading the reviews on here, but were very disappointed to find a bland, dry fried chicken and a flavourless meal that would have been more suited to a retirement village. We left feeling unsatisfied and slightly queasy, and do not understand why it is so highly rated on here.

Now you can't buy refreshments here.

Very cute place with a great view of the ocean. Delicious food and reasonably priced for the location. The menu is mostly in english. Beware!! If you sit outside, sit under the patio or the birds will dive bomb your food!

Food was ok. I had the garlic shrimp plate. Didn’t like being told I needed to eat outside only. Didn’t want to fight off the birds and tables were not available so we had to eat in the car. Pancakes are 900 yen wow

I have visited Hawaii many times since my family lives there and really haven’t found a place that has that real Hawaii taste yet here. The food is ok and it being served in the paper containers makes it feel like a meal you would get from Hawaii I guess, but in the end the food wasn’t that great. This is my second time eating here and the best, IMO, is the spam musubi and the Kalua pork is ok.

Enjoyed watching fireworks while eating outdoors.
